Recession? Market downturn? Look at the Alexis @ Alexandra project and tell me if everyone's not doing good.
More than 2000sqft of showflat, yet since morning 10am till night 10pm it was damn freaking packed with buyers. Units selling like free. 293 units left 50 over units at night. As for me, very confident could sell, but end up with zero. 1buyer never bring cheque but damn IC dont allow me to reserve even with PP form signed and ICs zapped. The other buyer by the time came evening, nothing left for her to choose.
