Yipee!! Finally after 1week of working hard, effort is paid. Was focussing on some going to TOP projects in D15. Response seems not bad since buyers can shift in soon. Was busy doing some marketing, going appointments and also site viewing.
Collected a cheque yesterday from buyer for One @ Pulasan's last unit and presented the offer to developer today and phew developer accepted the offer. Hee. Actually knew that developer should be able to accept since it's only difference of $50psf but of cause have to prepared buyer mentally that in the event developer reject, to raise his offer.
Glad that be getting 2% comms. Going to focus on this 2projects for the period, wanna close 1 more unit here before I plan for my holiday at Bangkok!!
Target for the year: at least 1unit every month to achieve my target annual income!!
