Good news or bad news.. 1 out of my 3deals went through. Got cheque for Amarelle #05-05 & UE Square, end up realising both the units were sold just right before me.. Sigh, am too slow..
Well, guess no point upset over it, but am glad God bless me with 1unit closed for #05-13. It was a afternoon sun facing and yet I could get my buyers to purchase it. Am glad my presentation is getting better and better these days with my Lord's blessing.
Anyway abit of issues as 1valuer could not match the value of the unit, hopefully everything can go through smoothly, cause the whole day I was liasing between the bankers and my client, running here and there.
Oh Lord, bless that this unit will go through smoothly so that my clients and myself no need to have headache anymore. Amen.
